great views but crowded bar area

Staying in a corner king room on the 23rd floor provided stunning views of both the downtown skyline and the lake. The spacious layout and comfortable bed significantly enhanced our overall experience.

The bar area gets extremely crowded, making it hard to find a spot or get a drink peacefully.

The hotel's decor was elegant and welcoming, with bright, spacious areas that made it easy to navigate. The accessibility features, like wide hallways and well-placed seating, were impressive and made my stay very comfortable.

We had some rooms reserved for our wedding weekend and it was awesome. The location's fantastic for our guests. The staff was super helpful. Our suite was spacious and really nice. The rooftop bar was stunning! Just wish the check-in process was a bit smoother – we were charged for a high floor room we didn’t get. Overall, solid place!

The stunning lobby was a highlight, and the bar on the 32nd floor has amazing views. The quick access tunnel from parking to lobby is super convenient, especially on cold days. Our corner room provided amazing scenery, making our stay lovely.

I stayed for 2 nights in a beautiful corner king room with amazing views of the air show and the lake. The cleanliness was top-notch, but the room didn't get restocked after I requested it twice. Overall, I'd consider returning.

It was just a decent option for taking strolls in Cleveland with all in all brilliant value for money. The parking was convenient with a tunnel connecting directly to the hotel, which made things easy. Keep in mind to bring your own breakfast since they don't offer any.

I recently stayed for two nights in a Corner King Room and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Hilton Cleveland. The staff's warmth made it easy to feel at home, while the stunning lake views really enhanced my experience. Just had a small issue with initial check-in confusion. Would definitely recommend!

Temperature control in the room is a pain—I couldn't get below 69 degrees, making for a hot, uncomfortable night. I had issues with missing extra pillows promised, and was unexpectedly charged for breakfast despite my room upgrade including it. The long wait times for checks on busy weekends can leave you frustrated. even with a reservation, my rate felt inflated due to simultaneous events.
